• Name and ID (CPF) for tax receipts and invoice issuance;
• Vehicle information (plate, model) for car wash, lubrication, and parking services;
• Payment data processed through certified card machines and payment processors;
• Tenant data for property rental agreements (CPF/CNPJ, contact, financial information);
• Security camera footage at the fuel station, car wash, and parking areas;
• Employee data per Brazilian labor law.

Used for fuel sales, car wash and detailing services, lubricant retail, parking management, property rental, billing, and facility security.

Legal Basis & Sharing

Processing based on contract performance (fuel sales, car wash, parking, rental agreements), legal obligations (tax documents, ANP fuel regulations, labor law), legitimate interest (facility security), and consent (marketing communications).

We do not sell personal data. Sharing only with payment processors, ANP (National Petroleum Agency) for regulatory compliance when required, property registries for rental agreements, and authorities when required by law.

Retention & Security

• Customer data (fuel, car wash, parking): up to 5 years after last transaction;
• Property rental agreements: contract duration plus 5 years;
• Tax records: per Brazilian tax law (5–10 years);
• Security footage: up to 30 days;
• After applicable periods: secure deletion.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including certified payment machines, access-controlled parking, and security cameras. Incidents will be reported to the ANPD per art. 48 of the LGPD.
